We sculpt long, lean bodies that are stable. You will end-up much
stronger than you thought.
Barre is a combination of pilates, dance
and yoga disciplines. It is an aerobic
activity that reinterprets the basic
movements of the ballet in terms of
fitness. The movement help you to burn
calories and fat long after the
workout has finished.
All levels are welcome however there are more advance classes on
the timetable. If you are new to MÖT Studios then we recommend
booking into a 'Beginners' or 'All Levels' class for your first time.
