A combination of our favourite intermediate mat pilates exercises performed with the help of TRX suspension. By using your own body weight, MATRX classes are perfect if you want a low impact workout to elevate your pilates and TRX practise and have a complete focus on your core and balance. This contemporary method is guaranteed to help and enhance strength and flexibility and complete body awareness.
Kettlebells & TRX
In our Kettlebells & TRX Core classes, you will have fun workouts and, at the same time, focus on individual exercises. Each workout is structured as a full body session and you will immediately notice the benefits on both cardiorespiratory and muscular resistance. Get an integral workout that will increase your stability due to the countless exercises.
Power Stretch combines yoga, strength training and Pilates to create a
challenging, rejuvenating workout that will tone every major muscle group.
If you have tight joints or injuries, this class is great for sore muscles, back and knee pain, and joint stiffness. After warming-up, you’ll flow through a series of low-impact, body weight movements to build strength, flexibility and balance. But don’t be fooled by the word “low-impact” - you will get a full workout!
All levels are welcome however there are more advance classes on
the timetable. If you are new to MÖT Studios then we recommend
booking into a 'Beginners' or 'All Levels' class for your first time.
