We believe every body is unique and that yoga classes should be as unique as you are. This is why we have a maximum 8 students per classes in our studio. Your teacher will guide you to achieve positions and experiences you never thought possible.

Hatha - The practice of strength.
The positions taken by the body are to
be maintained comfortably and steadily
for some breaths. To obtain real
benefits, a constant practice is
necessary for the body to become
more flexible and lose the stiffness of
their muscles and joints.

Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa - A form of dynamic yoga that
connects various positions in a single
sequence through the flow of breath.
This practice has a very sustained
rhythm with particular attention to the
breath and transitions from one asana
to another, thus purifying your body
from its toxins.

Ashtanga Yoga

Ashtanga - Postures and transitions
follow a specific order in perfect
synchronization with the breathing,
without interruptions from the
beginning to the end. The aim is not the
perfection of the positions themselves,
but the execution without altering the
breathing rhythm.

All levels are welcome however there are more advance classes on the timetable. If you are new to MÖT Studios then we recommend booking into a 'Beginners' or 'All Levels' class for your first time.
